(Chapter 1)

After months of perfecting the accent I was finally here, the Queen’s coronation. Sadly, however, it’s not for leisure… I suppose most people would call it a business trip. As I walked to the orderves table I spotted her. I watched as she gracefully swayed back and forth with an older man, who I could only assume was her infamous father. A sudden crackling sound in my ear startled me and I nearly doped my drink when I heard James speaking into the transmitting device that had been placed in my ear.
“Have you got eyes on her yet Tim?”
“Calm down James, of course I have seen her who do you think I am?” I growled back into my watch as stealthily as I could manage.
I finished my drink and began to wander. My objective was to infiltrate the world of the con men as the apprentice of Robert, The River, Brooks, king of the UK's life insurance industry. I had a plan though. I always had a plan.
Despite my small frame, large nose and slightly askew ears, the ladies seemed to come flocking to me… Well the version of me on the internet anyways… Ok so in real life I’m kind of a dork, but at least I'll admit to that. Dork or not I still had a job to do, and I was going to start by wooing The Rivers daughter, Lillian.
