dad: you should put your phone away. who could
you possibly be talking to?
me: my friend TJ
dad: why are you texting him?
me: he texted me this morning and woke me up
with a picture of a ninja star at 7am
dad: you shouldn't even have your phone
on vacation.
me: why not?
dad: because in the mornings your phone will
wake you up too early
dad: and then you'll be all cranky
dad: and then we'll all head to the
beach but you'll just be one crabby mess
dad: and you'll get mad at the waves for
being too little so God will send giant waves crashing on you
dad: then you'll end up swallowing water and
throwing up
dad: which will cause fish to come and eat your
vomit
dad: and then a shark will come to eat the
fish
dad: soon enough the shark will see you and come
and eat you for lunch
dad: and that is why you shouldn't bring
your phone on vacation.
