i agree, but a band's success has noting to do with someone's opinion of it. like, i could be in love with a hardly known band and they could be absolutely amazing, but they just haven't been discovered.

1D is a boy band and their songs have no meaning except to flatter girls and make money... Listen to the Beatles, they didn't use autotune, they talked about real things, and they had actual instruments in their music!

So true and I hate to break it to you fan-girls but I doubt that they are gonna be as successful as the Beatles in the future or even half as successful as them. Personally, I think they are just another fad just like the Jonas Brothers (remember them) everyone at first was like I love them they are so amazing, there so cute and now everyone's like who? Sure they still have some fans but not half as much as they used to. Every boyband that's young, just getting huge and attractive all these teenage girls jump all over them and act like there the best thing ever and then get over them. And they beat Adele to an award frankly I'm not surprised because if it was an award that was voted for then all the girls were voting for them cause that's primarily their fan base yes I know they have guy fans as well but most are female. People have already begun to speculate they will break up in the next two or three years, sure their next album will be huge but not long after that they think one of them is gonna quit or get fired and then after that they will be a foursome but not for long about a year or two after they will break up, They are saying they all got fame so fast so they could all be out the door real fast too.
