subsitute coke/soda/everything with water.. (my friend who is overweight drank water and already lost tons of weight) cut ur portions too
(ex. only a handful of fries, 1 icecream scoop of mashed potatoes, 1 peice of steak/chicken etc.) salmon is rlly healthy too, you want wild caught, not farm raised/factory farmed etc. which is extremely unhealthy..
riding your bike around the block helps, bring ur ipod. my sis makes about 3/4 boiled eggs and eats them for dinner/breakfast aka boiled eggs diet (the inside (yellow part,yolk) is really unhealthy so just scoop it out. 78% of hard boiled eggs is (1 egg) is equal to 70 cal. it can range from 78 cal. all the way to 17. salad is also really good, you can put hard boiled eggs inside, if u cant make it or dont want to mcdonalds has healthy salads. The lowest in calories is the premium ceasar salad (90 cal, only 9g carbs!) The side salad is only 20 calories. (+ 4g carbs) The highest salad in cal at mcdonalds is 450 cal, and its the Premium Southwest Salad with Crispy Chicken (i want to try lol) hope it helped

well like for me i weighed like 150 last summer and i seriously didnt do anything but like instead of me on the computer all the time i went to the pool and swam and stuff so like try to be active another thing that worked for me was that i like tried to do intervals like walk for 5 minutes run for 5 minutes or like you could change it to like walk for 5 minutes then run for a minute it gets the heart beat to go fast it works!! i would do that for like 30 minutes i hope any of these work!!:)
