No Matter What~Chapter 1~part 2
"So Zayn, whose this?" Louis says.
"Lads, this is Kendall." Zayn says,
putting his hand on top of mine. Harry whispers something to Niall
and he starts laughing. Then Niall whispered it to Zayn and he
smiles and nods. Could they make it any more obvious that it was
about me?
"So Kendall, where are you heading to?"
Liam asked me. His accent was honestly the cutest thing I’ve
ever heard! All of their accents are amazing-especially
Niall’s!
“I’m actually going to visit my
parents in Brooklyn." I told them. They looked at each other
for some reason but I don’t know why. They looked
amazed.
“That is impressive. Do you live on
your own?" Zayn asked me.
"No I live with 3 of my close friends in an
apartment by central park." I tell them. “Speaking of
where im going, where are you boys headed off to all by
yourselves?”
They all looked to the front of the train. Of
course, I got up and saw who they were looking at. Paul, there
bodyguard was standing there looking right back at us. I also saw
that there were a whole bunch of empty seats. Why did he decide to
sit next to me when there were seats with no one in
them?
“We’re really not supposed to say
where we’re going.” Liam started to say looking away
from Paul. He continued in a hushed voice. “Management
doesn’t want the fans knowing because if they do then
they’ll tweet it out to everyone.”
“Yeah and this place we’re going to
is kind of a secret place for us.” Niall told
me.
“It’s a place to get away from all
the screaming fans and just be with our friends.” Louis said.
I shot him a look. “Not that we don’t love our
fans!” He was stuttering. “Because we do! Without them
we wouldn’t be here!” We all started laughing at Louis
save. He just smiled because he knew we were laughing at
him.
*next stop, Church Avenue* the lady on the
speaker says.
"Well that’s my stop. I should
probably get going. It was amazing meeting you Zayn. Oh and you too
guys!" I grab my coach bag and start to stand up. Zayn also
gets up from his seat to stand in the isle so I can get out.
"Bye Kendall!" The boys say, waving to
me as I start to walk away. I wave back to them as im walking for
the door.
"Wait, Kendall!” I hear Zayn
call my name. He grabs my arm to stop me. I turn around and meet
with his eyes. “Will I be seeing you again?" he asks me
smiling. Now I know he wasn’t just talking to me because I
was a fan. He was interested in me.
"I don’t know. Will you?" I asked
him.
He talks out a piece of paper.
“Here’s my number.” He says handing it to me.
“Call me. Ok?” I take the paper from him. Without
looking at it, I fold it neatly and place it in my
bag.
"I will." he smiles at
me.
"Promise?" I smile back at
him.
"I promise." I say, still smiling. The
train was slowly stopping. “I guess I’ll see you
soon.” I told him.
“Yes you will!” He says walking
closer to me to give me a hug. The train finally stops and the
doors open and we were still hugging.
“I should probably go,” I said
laughing. Zayn let go of me nodding. I walk swiftly out the door
and onto the platform. People are pushing past me to get on the
train but I stopped and turned to look into the window to see Zayn
looking at me, smiling. I smiled back at him and waved, but just as
he was about to wave back, two girls, a little bit younger then me,
ran up to Zayn distracting him. Seconds later, the train doors
closed and the train flew away. I take a seat on a bench to let
everything that just happen soaks in. I unzip my bag and grab the
folded letter from my wristlet. I unfolded it and read it. It
says:

All of this is really happening? I take the
paper, fold it again and place in my wristlet bag in my bag. I get
up, smiling, and start walking to my parents’
house.
