It's so hard to be motivated to lose
weight
when the only thing you can think about is
food.
And I mean this on a serious note. It's not sopposed to be a joke...

What I do is eat fruit. Like oranges or apples, and you think about food you could instead have 6 tiny portions throughout the day instead of 3 meals

what motivated me was the way i felt it was hard to get up and all i did was eat then i went to the doctor and they told me that if i dont lost weight i was gonna die of liver failer at the age of 10
