Chapter Fourteen:
Evelyn's POV:

I woke up the next morning with tear stained cheecks. I get up and go look threw my shorts from the day before. I get my phone and text the number.
"Hey Ryan! It's Evelyn!" - Evelyn
"Hey! :) How was your night?!" - Ryan
"Is that a retorical question?" - Evelyn
"...I guess. I'm so sorry Eve! I have to go help my parents but call me later okay?" - Ryan
"K. Bye..." - Evelyn
I throw down my phone and walk to my window. Chase, Lania, Aden, and Adeline are all outside playing basketball. I smile. All the sudden, Adeline sees me and waves. I wave back smiling. Chase sees Adeline and turns to look at me. We both stare at each other for a second untill we both turn away. My phone starts ringing so I go grab it.
"Hello?" I ask.
"Be there in 3...2...1"
"Hi Lily." I say as she walks into my room.
"Hi gorgeous!" she says smiling.
I roll my eyes.
"Whats up?!" I ask.
"Well...there is a party tonight..."
I groan. "Lily..."
"Chase will be there...You could bring Ryan!"
"I don't know..."
Lily looks over at my night stand and then back at me. Then, she sprints for my phone.
"No!" I scream. "Lily!"
"Oh hey Ryan! It's Lily!"
"Lily!" I yell pushing her onto my bed, trying to pry my phone out of her hand.
"Party at 6! Faith's house! 1316 4th ST! Bye!" she says really fast.
I plop down in defeat. I glare at her.
"Come on! Lets find you an outfit." Lily says.
She gave me white short shorts and a pink and black flowy shirt. She did my make up and Curled my hair and then we were off.
"Ryan!" Lily yelled for me as we got there.
"Hey!" he said turning around, looking me up and down. "Wow. You look gorgeous."
"Whatever..." I say, rolling my eyes, smiling.
"Lets go!" he says, grabbing my hand, dragging me inside.
The music is blasting and there are strobe lights going in every direction. I see Chase talking to a group of his friends. He sees me and his eyes go wide.
"Lets dance!" I yell over the music, dragging Ryan to the dance floor.
Everyone is grinding. Ryan looks at me with his eyebrows raised.
"Just let go! Have fun!" I yell, putting his hands on my waist.
We dance, well grind for about a half an hour till Ryan gets thirsty.
"Want something?" he yells over the music.
"Lemonade?!" I yell back.
"Coming right up!" he yells smiling.
Ryan comes back and gives me my drink, it tastes a little funny but oh well. I chug it down and grab Ryan again.
"Lets go!" I yell smiling.
All the sudden Ryan leans down and kisses me. Chase looks over at us, uncomfortablly. We gp back out to the dance floor when I see Chase's friends pushing him in my direction. I pretend not to notice.
"Dude! Just go!" Drew yells at him.
Me and Ryan are grinding again when someone taps my shoulder. I turn around to see Chase but I just ignore him. Then I feel a sharp tug on my right arm, pulling me off of Ryan.
"What do you want?!" I yell over the music.
He rolls his eyes and pulls me away. He drags me upstairs and into a bedroom. I look at him with a confused and shocked look on my face.
I didn't notice but we were standing really close.
"What are you doi-" I didn't get to finish when I felt his lips crash onto mine.
