Stalk Twitter to see when one of them tweets. If they do you know they are on. As soon as you see a tweet just send them a bunch and make it noticeable! Good luck!!

Liam will follow you if you do it enough times, but if you keep follwing him and unfollowing him, you'll appear on the top of his followers list and he goes through and just clicks away. But , just make sure he's online (: lol good luck!!

my birthday is this saturday too and i'm turning 16 as well...happy birthday to us! anyways i'm kind of trying to figure that out too but don't go all fifteen thousand tweets at them or make some long spaced out tweet... they said those are annoying. say something funny and memorable and they might notice it. not to be a downer or anything but don't get your hopes up! there are so many people that tweet at them...you just have to do it at the right time. it all has to do with luck

Spam them. Make original tweets, TELL THEM WHAT YOU WANT FOR YOUR BRITHDAY, I'm sure they'll notice, go onto twitter whenever their on.
