I
realised that I was holding onto something that didn't
exist any more. That the person I
missed didn't exist any more. People change. Just like the seasons. One minute
there's leaves on a tree and the next they're on the
ground. The things we like and dislike change. And we could wish all our lives
that they didn't, but they always
will.
