it takes less than 4 weeks to see a change. I've lost 7 pounds in 10 days and looked a little skinnier. But you have to be commited lol, lots of fruits, veggies, and lean meats, as little as possible of pasta/bread/stuff like that, and run or do aerobics every day for at least two hours. You should be able to lose some weight by next weekend if you do that :)

It take four weeks to notice a change in your body and if you're not conferrable in a swim suit around your boyfriend maybe you shouldn't have one yet...just saying from own experiences, if you're not comfortable around guys and you date them relationships will seem awkward for a whil

Losing weight isn't doing anything; and I don't think it's very likely for you to have a better figure in 11 days, sorry. If you're uncomfortable, wear a t-shirt over your swimsuit. But until then:
work out. For 120 minutes (2 hours) every other day.
Don't drink milk, or juice. Drink water. That saves 400+ calories everyday.
If water's getting boring, try 15 calorie lemonade. it's about a dollar at walmart, or target.
Avoid sweets. Try 10 calorie chewing gum. Don't swallow it.
DO NOT eat when you're bored (drop the bag of chips- now.)
I guess that'll do you good.
