I Need Some Help.
Recently My Pd Teacher (stands for personal developement
for anyone whose unsure) which is also my maths and homeroom
teacher, assigned my class some work. In this work were supposed
to write about who inspires us, and I asked her "What if we
don't have someone who inspires us?"and she replied
"Somethings seriously wrong with you if no one inspires
you." her exact words.
I'M starting to wonder if that was an insult...
Anyway, after some time to think about it i still couldn't
think of someone who inspired me, so today in PD class i wrote
about it. I wrote about how no one inspires me but what inspires
me to be the person i am today is what i grew up with, What i
learnt from my experiences, my surroundings, etc etc. Then she
told me "thats all wrong, you can't be inspired by what
you grew up with and experiences and you can't write about
how you inspire yourself."
So, two things, you don't have to do it or not, i don't
mind but if you could spare some time for your fellow wittian i
would be extremely grateful.
1#, is there something wrong with me for being inspired by those
reasons?
2#, this assignment will probably take most of my grade so if i
still can't think of anyone could you let me know of some
inspirational people and give me 5 reasons why.
And again, you don't have to do this, i won't force
anyone to do this. That is all i need. thank you if you read this
and or helped me.

I think you're right! if not one specific person inspires you, you should talk to the principle or someone and write the paper the way you did before

what you are writing about sounds like it would be amazing. i mean if i was your teacher i would love to read that
she seams really mean. and besides i dont think there is a right or wrong way to write an essay.
but an idea of who you could write about is witty, and steve and all of your witty brothers and sisters :)
just an idea.

Wow. some teacher. Well, first off, no. there is nothing wrong with having no real inspiration, i don't have one either. i think how we grow up and what/who with affects how we are when we're older. your teacher is a dip. Second, well idk. Mums are always a great example but if they want someone universal and famous, well...think of someone who maybe changed the way you did some things. i'm not sure about an actual person, but think of someone who wrote something and you thought 'wow. that's really cool.'i don't know. if you wanna discuss it more comment on my profile and yeah(:

That PD teacher is seriously wrong. There is no right or wronganswer to who/what is you inspiration. I suggest you march up to the PD staffroom and demand that you get a better mark for it, if they refuse, tell your parents, or the principal

I just want to say that you are 100% correct. Its your personal oppinion. If I knew that PD teacher I would seriously yell at him/her! You go there tomorrow/ whenever and tell them inspiration is something that motivates you to do something, it can be anything. A quote, a person, a flower even a sudden feeling ANYTHING so they have no damn right to tell you your wrong! You march into their classroom whenever and you hold your head high and you tell them all your things that inspire you rather they like it or not vecause its YOUR oppinion! things that inspire YOU not them! Grrrrr!

i think what u wrote is fine! but since ur teacher didnt like it then maybe write about ur mom or a friend or maybe a celebrity that u like. hope i helped, good luck! xoxoxo
