I know you probably hear this a whole bunch on witty and from your friends, but I need you to know that you're stronger then that. I promise you are. Because if you weren't, you wouldn't have been able to post this quote, you wouldn't be able to let your mom know that you cut. I know plenty of people who cut and are so strong, and I know its hard to stop. I myself cut, and slowly I'm getting better, but you should just know that cutting isn't a solution to your problems. It's not a solution to anyones problems. It's actually soooooo unhealthy and unsafe. Now, if you're slitting your wrists, I'm going to guess that you probably have depression, and it's probably not diagnosed, but it's quite clear you have it. I'm going to guess you cut because you are confused with how life is supposed to work, or you have problems at home. Maybe, you and your friends fight alot, and maybe theres this boy that you like or liked but it haunts you everyday. And maybe I am wrong, but there is something I am right about and I'm sure of it. You're so strong, and I know cutting seems like its the right thing sometimes because it relieves the pain youre having inside. Point is, something is wrong, and you need help. Please try your hardest to think of the negative things cutting leads too, think of the positive things in life, think of all of us witty girls who care, remember how beautiful you are, inside and out. You will always be beautiful no matter what. Please, please remember that you're stronger than a razor slitting through your skin. You are stronger than that! I promise. Hang in there and I'm here to talk whenever you need someone. Ok? ♥ just breathe.

i know right now it seems like a solution cause trust me i've went through it all but in the end you'll regret every scar every pill every attempt for suicide it's not okay and you always just have to remember there's always light at the end of tht dartk tunnel if u ever need anyone to talk to comment my page ill help you through this

I used to cut lightly just harming my skin but one direction kept me together to stop me so you should also find something to hold onto

i am so sorry :( i never told anyone, but my friend suspected it, and i said no, then she said "Good. cuz that would be stupid. your life is basically perfect." some people just don't understand, that doesn't make you silly. but be strong, when you stop, it makes you feel SOOO much better about yourself. i believe in you :)

please listen to me sweetie, you need to stop. i know where youre coming from im addicted to cutting, you dont want to be the way i am now. i couldve stopped it a few years ago when i first started, and i chose not to. p[lease do anything you can to stop it. if you ever need any help or anyone to talk to or vent or advice, i am ALWAYYYSS here <3 staystrong baby girl.

I've tried the butterfly project and failed many times too. I hate cutting, but I just can't help it. Someone called me fat today, and Ive already cut 3 times because of that comment. <\3 I know exactly how you feel
