cross-country is my sport. it's just about the hardest sport out
there. we run in all weather, all terrain, any time of the year.
and sorry to say, but doing flips and lifting people into the air
is nothing compaired to this...i know. i used to be a gymnast.
cross-country takes physical and mental toughness.we run over 40
miles a week, up hill, downhill, and any on flat surfaces. we run
HARD everyday for about 6 or 7 miles. there are no breaks. just the
constant feeling of always wanting to collapse. try doing that 7
days a week!
