What Did I Just Do?
Chapter 4:
Mrs. Shermin was a lot of fun to talk to on the plane. She was the first adult role model in my life. I stepped out into the hot California sun. Mrs. Shermin made sure I was able to get a ride from Ana before she left. Ana was a year older than me so it was legal for her to drive me.
"Thanks Mrs. Shermin, I'll make sure to call you," I said with a smile.
Ana came and got me it was around 11:45 pm. I jumped onto her when I saw her. I gave her the longest and biggest hug ever.
"So... are you going to tell me whats going on?" she said.
I hopped in the car and started talking a mile a minute, luckily Ana could understand.
"My mom got a new boyfriend his name was Ricardo or something like that. My mom barely even knew him and she let him into our house. He had a son Frank who is a year older than me and all he wanted to do was get in my pants. He tried to kiss me everytime we were alone in a room and did a few times. It was nasty. Yesterday Ricardo and Frank both held me down and tried to.. do stuff and that's when I had it. I kicked Frank in the balls and socked Ricardo in the mouth. His mouth bled so much. When my mom got home Ricardo told my mom I punched him and kicked his son for no reason and that I was a crazy freak-show. He didn't want to live in the same house as me and if I didn't leave he would leave my mom. My mom choose the slime-ball over me and we got into a fight about it and that's how I'm here," I said tears falling from my face.
