I looked fear straight in the eye

I felt unstoppable, thats the least to say
I told you my fears, aspirations, and dreams,
A lifetime of memories, or so it seems.
We were friends for not even a year, and
now I'm left alone to deal with my fears
Knowing your friendship is out there for someone
else to share
Makes it all the harder to bear.
So would I take it back?
Not having to know this pain I feel now?

Because than I would never know how happy and open I could be
If it weren't for the time you spent with me?!?
