There's Only One.

chapter thirty one.
He looked down, silent.
"Go on, Jack..." 
I started to lose confidence, thinking he wouldn't ever finish his sentence.
"That right girl, is standing right infront of me."
He intertwined his fingers with mine.
He looked back up.
His eyes sparkled.
I was there, with Jack.
The only boy who wasn't all over me when I arrived,
but still felt the same.
The one with the perfect hair.
The one with the comforting brown eyes.
The one I realized, finally, that
I was in love with.
I looked into his eyes.
"I can't believe it took me this long to realize that all along, it's always been you."
I said it, meaning it.
His smile became brighter.
He only let go with one hand.
He took a piece of hair blowing infront of my face, 
and tucked it behind my ear.
He leaned in, closely, and whispered
"I love you."
Our noses touched, 
and he left a kiss upon my lips.
It wasn't a short kiss, and it wasn't too long,
but that kiss felt like forever.
"I love you too." I said opening my eyes, happily.
"I've been waiting forever to ask you this." He started. "Turn around."
I turned with my back facing him.
Moment later, there was a necklace around my neck.
I touched the heart that dangled from the chain.
Jack leaned forward,
putting his mouth to my ear.
He whispered.
"Will you go out with me?"
I turned around.
He put his arms around my waist.
It felt like our bodies fit perfectly together.
"Yes."
We smiled, sharing one last kiss as the sun set.
Stars were twinkling above in the sky.
I didn't want to move,
everything was perfect.
