Chapter 4

Its been a few weeks since the first day of school and John as been coming over on every thursday.
I now love thursdays.
*beep* *beep*
I picked up my phone to see who texted me
Abby-
im so sry i didnt know that austin was lying to me at my party this summer
please come to the park like now so we can talk..
I grabbed my keys and jumped into my car
could Abby really be saying sorry to me?
i drove to the park and surely she was there
"Abby?"
"Oh my gosh! Isabel you showed!" she shreaked
"yup" i said softly
"well sit down i think we need to talk"
i sat down next to her on the park bench
she hugged me tightly and started crying.
"oh Isabel, im so so so sorry that i didnt believe you!" she said
"its okay i guess you where just caught up in the whole boyfriend girl friend thing"
"your right i was, can we be friends again." she asked
"yes" i said a bit to fast
i really missed having Abby to tell all my secrets to, to have sleepovers with.
"good" Abby said
"do you want to...umm... come.. over?"i asked
"sure that sounds fun"
"do you mind if i can come with you i walked here"
"yeah thats fine"
we walked to my car in silence.
when we got to the car it was even more awkward.
Finally we got to my house
"whos car is that?" Abby ask.
"oh its Johns." i said with a smile.
"oh my gosh!"
"what!?" i said
"you like him! you like john! hes a senior right? star of the baseball team with your brother!" shouted Abby
"shh.. he'll hear you!"i said laughing
this is what i missed out on having a good time with friends.

We walked in the house and in the kitchen there was John and Zach.
I felt a knot in my stomach. Abby led the way into the kitchen
"well well well... what do we have here?"
"i know you missed me Zach" teases Abby
"looked like we made up and are the dream team again" i chimed in.
john laughed and i flushed with red.
Me and Abby went into my room
"i like him so much i get butterflies in my stomach just thinking about him" i said shyly
" dont worry i heard he liked you from austin" Abby said
likes me? could this be happening.
" Austins an a** though but he never lied about that because i saw the text" Abby said happily
i was shocked i could do was smile and stand there.
"do you want to sleepover i mean it is friday?" i ask
" its about time you ask" Abby said with smile
