I see it

she hides it

I ask for it

she denies it

I take her arm

point at the scars

she drops down and cries

I fall beside her

and try to comfort her

but nothing keeps her from crying

I whisper in her ear ; talk to me

but she closes her heart from me

It hurts

I try to help and she pushes me away

I stand up and leave

let her lay there with

her life written in her arms
