I always wake up at a certain time, can never get back to sleep and every sound make's me feel vunerable. What I do, I think of something that is really boring (Often think of math) and I just eventually doze of.

I have the SAME problem. Except, you probably have a severe case of insomnia, where your body is so used to waking up around 3 40, it wakes up naturally. My house IS hounded, so as long as you DONT show fear, it wont bother you. Don't worry you will be fine. Anytime you need to talk, just lemme know <3

Oh wow. It sounds like you have very bad insomnia. I know what that is like. I have it too. Try keeping your room warm, drink some chamomille tea, only chamomille before bed because it relaxs you, and wear warm fuzzy socks. Socks actually help you fall asleep because they keep you warm. the warmer the more sleepy you are. And if you wanna talk, just lemme know. =) Good luck!
