I smoke too. I've been quitting too. Just think of all the positives that will come after you quit. It takes a lot of mental willpower. Gum or mints help somewhat too. Just DONT tell yourself you NEED a cigarette. You really dont. After the first few days you should start too feel better. So Try more than a day! For Me! Even though you dont know me.
