There is no way you are going to be able to change if you don't think you can. Start by putting sticky notes around your room, on and in your notebook/binder, and have them tell you that you are good enough and that you don't need to skinny. There are people with much worse lives and you shouldn't have to go through this. If you ever need someone to talk to or need advice I'm here. 0reply
