The kind of pain I feel right
now
It doesn't even feel like pain anymore. My body
knows just what to do.
It's when
you're so emotionally tired that you just go through the
motions. Smile, nod, laugh, and smile some more, but nothing ever
seems to register. It's when you fight back tears every
single minute, yet when you want to cry, they never come.
It's when your brain goes blank and your head throbs.
It's when you just want to curl up in a ball in the darkness
of your room and never come out. It's when you feel everyone
turn their back to you. It's when you feel that no one could
ever know what you're going through. It's when you feel
alone in a world of billions of people. It's when you feel so
low that the stars don't even shine down upon you
anymore.
