I Never Knew
Chapter Three Part
Two
Ryan opened the
door and hopped out and I followed after him again, as
he closed the door. His mother said something about
going out for a bit while we were driving so she then
pulled out of the driveway and continued up the road.
As we walked up the driveway to the side door I could
feel butterflies fill my stomach, I wasn’t
nervous anymore just a bit anxious to see what was
waiting for me inside. I stepped in the door after Ryan
and took off my shoes.
“We can work up in my room if you want.” Ryan said as he
made his way up the stairs.
“Whatever works for you is fine with me.” I answered with a flirty tone in
my voice.
Ryan looked back and smiled at me in a flirty way.
That’s funny he’s never done that to me
before. I wonder if he’s just being nice. Once we
made up to his room I watched him put his bag down on
the floor and sit by his computer desk.
“Just put your bag on the floor. You can sit on
my bed if you want…” he stated as he
watched me standing awkwardly in the doorway of his
room.
So I did just that I dropped my bag next to his and sat
on his bed. He then turned around facing his computer
and he started clicking on things. Before I knew it
there was music playing through the speakers of his
laptop.
“Okay so I think we should read over the outline
of the project before we start, then we can plan out
how much we’re going to do each day.” I blurted out
trying to break the silence that filled the room.
“Aright, let me just grab it.” He said as he walked over to his
bag and pulled out a sheet of paper that seemed to be
our project outline.
Ryan walked over to the bed and sat down right next to
me. He was sitting so closed that I started to get
nervous and excited at the same time. My heart started
to race and I could hear it pounding in my ears. I
started to read the outline out loud so that Ryan could
follow along with me, I started to describe how we had
to come up with a trench letter from WW1 and we had to
make it look authentic, when I felt something brush up
against my hand. I was startled and when I looked down
I saw Ryan’s hand on to of mine.
I looked up at him and he smiled with that same flirty
smile he gave me before. I could feel the blood rushing
through my veins as my heart started to beat faster and
faster. He then leaned in towards me and I closed my
eyes, I had only dreamed of what was about to happen
next and I was more then willing to let it happen.
His lips brushed up against mine, I could feel the
warmth of his breath as he continued to kiss me. He
started to lean into me and I lay back on his bed until
my head hit the pillow. Then before I knew it we were
making out.
