Getting an abortion is the worst thing you could do, But having your baby suffer it whole life is horrible too. Also if you keep the baby it will know you love her/him because you cared enough to not kill him when he didnt get a chance to live.

I'm against abortion but, this is a tough one. The baby will be ill for all of its life and probablly in a lot of pain too.
