Help me, witty
girls..
Me and my best friend were supposed
to go trick-or-treating together this year.
Now all of a sudden
she's going with her boyfriend. She told me to
come with
them but I don't like
him. He's a jerk to me. So now they're going
together, without me.
She said that her and her
boyfriend can never hang out and this will be the first time
they'd see
each other (outside of
school). I have no one else to go with, really.. I could go with
my mom
and little sister, but
then I'd feel like a loser.. Am I wrong to be mad at
her?

well for her sake, maybe you need to try and get along with him a little better, too. you know? you don't have to like him, but tolerate him. let him sit with you all at lunch one day or somethin'.

I agree.. and like at lunch she tells me she was supposed to sit with him but I keep bugging her to sit with me.. so she like Never gets to see him.. I guess I should let her hang with him for awhile. But now I think she's mad at me becuz we were texting about it and I said "Whateva" trying to show I was mad and she hasn't texted me back..

I think its right for you to be a little mad, cause hes not always gonna be there but friends are. well, real friends at least. i had the same problem my bestfriend last year got a boyfriend i absolutley HATED but i still hungout with them for her, cause she was my bestfriend.

I don't think it's wrong to be mad, it makes me mad when my best friend blows me off for her boyfriend or lies to me about plans so she can go with him. i think it's okay to be mad, but i also think if they haven't been anywhere together before, she may deserve a little bit of slack. just let her know that you don't think it's cool for her to blow of you, to go with him.
