i think he likes you. but knowing from my experience, he could be playing you. that's what guys do. maybe he just doesn't wanna ruin your friendship. just text him & ask him. that's what i'd do(:

I think he likes you, but if he said he doesn't want to out with you, maybe he's got his eye on someone else. :'3
