I found an old picture yesterday.
Of that early June
morning. We were lying on our backs in the school courtyard, and
talking about everything. And then, you brushed a single hair out
of my eye, held my chin, and looked deep into my pale eyes.
"Vanessa?" You whispered. I stared into those deep blue
eyes, mezmerized by the color, and smiled. "I love
you," You continued. And as you were leaning in to kiss me,
Paul took the picture. I was so happy. My smile was so real. And
here I am, 3 months later, staring at that same picture,
with tears in my eyes. --------------------------
