I tried that. he didnt talk to me for a week so i texted him. yeah.. he broke up with me through a text saying he wanted to see what it was like not talking and it was different than he planned and he didnt want to be with me anymore. So from my perspective thats not a good plan

YES, don't text him until he realizes how much he enjoys your texts. But, the thing is, sometimes it's better to not talk to them so much. He should be chasing YOU, not the other way around : |

Tried that with my boyfriend of ten months who said he "loved me".. He didn't text me for two days and then on the third day he called me and said that he was too busy to keep the relationship alive. So yeah, I don't recommend it..
