Cecillia Burns snorted at me. “What is that?” she pointed at me. “I have no clue! I think a rat!” her friend, Carly, snarled. “Could you two just, shut up?” I snapped. “We have mouths for a reason, sweety.” Carly tossed her hair. “Big mouths.” I mumbled. “At least our parents didn’t give up on us!” Cecillia & Carly laughed. “Shut up.” We all stared, at the person who said that. Max. Seriously, why would he defend me? “Maxy she was terrorizing us!” Cecillia whined. Max rolled his eye, ”Don’t bother her, ok?”

“”Ok Maxy, we won’t” Carly rubbed his arm.  He yanked it away. “Go.” He growled. They sighed, and left.  “Thanks..” I said, surprised. “Don’t expect it happening again. I wasn’t defending you, so don’t think that. I hate their voices.” He walked away. I sighed, and slumped down, in my seat. Why does everyone hate my guts ?
