Please consider yourself beautiful. Stop looking in the mirror and wanting to change everything about you.
Embrace the mole above your lip, the crook of your nose, the acne on your chin. Love the size of your jeans, shirt, bra, whatever.
And love your personality because, really, there is no one exactly as unique as you. As lovely as you.
And that guy who broke your heart, smashed it in his hands? You are way too good for him. And now you need to wipe your eyes and get out with your friends and show him that he lost the most beautiful girl he will ever have. 
And that razor? Put it away. Stop harming your beautiful self. I know things suck right now, but I need you to find someone, anyone, and tell them the horror you have been and are being put through. You need to seek help.
