my dad hit me 5 months ago and i still have a bruise. the week after it happened i almost cried every time he hugged me or talked sweet to me because he was sorry for what he did and I was so afraid if I said or did something wrong he would hit me again. Ever since, he's been like against me. So, i have an idea of what you're going through, and i can tell you from the bottom of my heart how sorry i am that you had to live something like this. talk to your mom or someone in your family, they're the only ones that can help you, and don't call the cops unless it happens again. whether you should talk to him or not, depends on how YOU feel. if you're angry at him, you shouldn't unless you can control yourself because if you talk to him like the other day he could do the same thing again. If you feel like you’ve forgiven him, then you should talk to him about it and try to work it out. I wish you the best of lucks and I send you my strength to get you through this :) I love you, I really really do. You’re so strong to be able to write about it so soon.. you have no idea.

my dad is like this too. hez been abusing me for a long time nd im always scared nd quiet around him so i say as little as possible. when my mom asked me a question i answered quietly since my dad was there. he was lyk "I can't here you" and broke all the dishes in fury. i think he has a anger problem but im too scared to tell him for fear he might choke me like he once did....
