no, its not wrong. she likes another guy, so she is probably over the guy you like. ask her if she still likes him, just to make sure. if she says she doesnt like him, you should go out with him.

Talk to her about it.if she thinks its not something she wants you to do you have to make a choice of losing a friend or having her get mad at you and having him. then you need to tell him about the situation

Ask yourself, is this boy really worth potentially losing a friend over? She may be over him, but that doesnt mean he was never a big part of her life. Honestly, I think it would kill her to see you going out with him. Friends are forever, boys are not. Just think about that.
