I Just Need Somebody to
Love
Justin and Kylie story
section 31
I stopped crying after about an hour,
but unfortunately the hurt didnt stop with the tears. I tried to
sleep but my mind was racing. What was Justin doing now? Does he
miss me as much as I miss him already? Has he already forgotten
about me?
I must have dozed off eventually because the man next to me nudged
me. "We're here." He grunted.
I sat up straight and blinked a few times. "Oh, ok,
thanks." I unbuckled myself and stood shakily. People were
already in the aisles getting their bags down. I snatched up my
carry-on bag from under my seat and grabbed my phone from the
bottom of it.
5 new messages blinked on my screen. They were all from
Justin.
He sent the first one right after I boarded the plane- I
miss you already :(
I swallowed the lump in my throat and checked the rest of the
messages while people slowly filed out of the plane. He sent one
every hour. Suddenly, my phone vibrated again. 1 new message from
Justin.
u must be just getting home. I wish more than anything i
cud be there with u baby. im at a photo shoot but ill call u wen im
done. i love u.
I hugged my phone to my chest and took a deep breath. I stepped
into the aisle and walked off the plane and into the airport,
searching for my parents.
"Kyliee!!"
I looked to my right and saw three of my best friends running
towards me. My mom was behind them a ways, smiling at me.
"What the hell are you guys doing here!" I cried, but it
was muffled by their huge hugs.
"What the hell are you doing going out with Justin!"
Carrie answered, smacking my arm. Her shoulder length dirty blonde
hair swung loosely, and she was a good 2 inches taller than me.
I giggled then turned and walked to meet my mom.
"Hi mommy!" I threw my arms around her and she squeezed
back hard.
"Hi sweetie. I missed you so much." She pulled away and
smiled at me. We were exactly the same height, at 5'6",
and we had the same wavy brown hair, except hers was shorter. Right
now it was pulled into a pony tail at the back of her
head.
"I missed you too."
"The girls just showed up this morning and insisted on coming
with me to pick you up." She motioned to my friends, and they
giggled. Sam threw her arm around my shoulder. She was the funny
one, always cracking jokes. She was 5'4 and curvy, but she
embraced it. I loved her.
"Of course we insisted on it!" She cried, throwing her
hands up.
"yeah, why would we miss you big arrival?" Becca rolled
her big, blue eyes at me, teasing. She was probably the prettiest
of our close friends, with straight blonde hair that fell to her
mid back and perfect skin. She was also a stick.
I smiled at my friends and for a second, I forgot about Justin. The
empty feeling suddenly came rushing back, and I felt slightly sick
to my stoamach.
"Lets go," I said, grabbing my stuff and following my mom
out of the crowded airport to the car. It was going to be a long
summer.
