Chapter
1
"Iz, Iz, Izziee!!!" I could
hear Vanessa calling my name. "You've gotta
getready to fly. Vanessa had been my best friend since tiny
tots cheerleading, we had never went to Elementary School Together
but we played dress up everyday anyway. "Five, Six, Seven,
Eight!" I jumped into their hands and was thrown into my
inverted toe touch and landed back into their hands. "Cradle,
1, 2" and I was again thrown into their hands but this time I
landed into their arms and onto the ground. "Good Job Ladies!
We're going to need cheerleaders for this game." I could
see Jake comingg through the football field. "Coach T, you
don't mind if I take Izzie home early, do you?" And he
flashed his bright white smile. "Can she go through stunting
once more? Yea, sure" and I was again thrown into the air but
this time I could feel his beautiful brown eyes on me, so I did the
best I possibly could. When I landed back onto the ground I snapped
as hard as I could into position. "Good job Izzie." It
seemed as if Jake's nickname for me had stuck with
everyone. "Now you can take her." Coach T said
with one of the fakest smiles she had ever flashed anyone.
"Hey Babe." He said and kissed me. I could feel every
single cheerleaders eyes on us green with envy. I knew why. I was
head cheerleader, blonde-blue eyed pretty, and I was dating the
hottest guy in school. No matter what it would be like that,
always. I threw my bag into the backseat of Jake's black
Mercedes Benz. I started to change when Jake , "After dance,
Are you coming over? Yea don't we
always have dinner on Mondays? Yea I was
just making sure." Jake was so sweet. I loved him, I just
wasn't sure if I was in love with him. He never surprised me
and we never fought. He just wasn't spontaneous and passionate.
I knew that i I didn't break up with him soon it would be the
same thing for the rest of my life; Stanford then he would go pro
and I would be his trophy wife. I knew that I had to break up with
him.
