I watched my sister's shadow turn the corner, then i grabbed my phone and walked downstairs. I twisted my hair into a high bun on top of my head and opened the fridge. I grabbed a gatorade and twisted the cap off. There was a knock on the front door. I slowly crept toward the door.  
"why the heck are you here!?" I exclaimed.
"Well... I missed you." Chris smiled. I had to admit it was kinda creepy that he was standing here on my front step, but at the same time it was cute. 
"You missed me?" I repeated.
"Mhm. That's why I'm standing right here, right now." He gestured to my house as he said that. I smiled and rolled my eyes. Then, he took my hand. 
"Why-" Chris stopped me. 
"Come on, Rachel!" He exclaimed. 
"Where are we going?" I looked deep into his eyes. 
"You'll see." He gazed back. 
 "I'm not going with you until you tell me where we are going." I raised an eyebrow. 
"Trust me, you'll love it."
"But Chris, I look like crap!" I argued.
"You've never looked better." He got closer to my face as he said 'better'.
I blushed. I stepped out of my house and stood outside with him. An old couple was walking by, admiring our flowers in the front yard. Chris grabbed my waist and pulled me in close. I went on my tip toes and wrapped my arms around his neck. He leaned in and he gave me a long, passionate kiss. I could feel the old couple watching us. after what seemed like forever, he let go of my waist.
"Ready to go?" He looked down at me.
"Let's go." I smiled.
