Lizzie;
Allie;
Ben;
and Max.
Lizzie is my best friend, and all of us are 9th graders except
for Ben (he's a senior).
It starts out where
Lizzie
has a crush on
Ben. However, this is a secret that no
one knows about, not even Allie or me. Ben and Allie end up becoming boyfriend and
girlfriend shortly afterwards. Lizzie is so devastated that she stays home
from school and cries (even after I try to convince her to show
up, anyway). Lizzie didn't want to have to watch her
friend Allie be together with Ben. Two weeks later,
Lizzie
is asked out by
Max, who has known Allie and Lizzie for a few months now (they all sit
together at lunch). This surprises Lizzie, because she thought that Max had a
crush on Allie. Lizzie accepts, and she and
Max
go out on a date.
Max
is extremely nice
to Lizzie, making her laugh and helping her
carry her things and doing all the things that a good boy would
do for a girl. Meantime, Ben rudely breaks up with
Allie
over a text message. The
moral of the story?
Wait for the right guy, instead of crying over the wrong ones.
