“Thanks,
Bryan,” I said. We were standing outside my
door and he was looking down on me. He was literally
like two feet taller than me, but I thought it was
kind of cute. We exchanged numbers and he started to
leave.
“Wait,” he said, turning around.
“Wha –”
He grabbed my face in his hands and kissed me. I
kissed back, just for a moment, and then he let go. I
looked at him and smiled at little.
“Just wanted to make sure we were on the same
page,” he said.
I nodded, unable to form words.
“Bye, Drew,” he said and hopped into his
car.
I watched him drive away, smiling stupidly.
“Bryan,” I breathed, and headed inside my
house.

“Yes, Colton, I’m fine,” I
said for about the tenth time.
“I’m coming over,” he said. I could
hear his car door open as he got inside.
I rolled my eyes. “It’s fine, Col
–”
“You almost died,” he said,
“so I need to come over there. I’m
bringing ice cream. Just be happy.”
I laughed. “Kay, see you in a bit.”

Word so far, so I'll write more and then post
