I hve a friend who used to cut jerself. Nothing seemed to wrk for her until one day a girl who was 4 started tlkin to her, she had scatches all ovr her arms and my friend ask wat happend. This little girl was scratchin herself cuz she said it took away the pain. She hasnt cut since. Hope this helps...
