I looked in the mirror looking back at myself can't
believe Chris made me tryout for basketball & I made it
cheer-leaeding & football have been over for 2 weeks. But I
just go to the gym to practice my gymnastic. For basketball games
at my school you have to dress up on game day. I wore a purple
shirt from Wetseal , blach high heels , Abercrombie jeans , my
necklace Chris gave me & my purple and gold Coach

I know I'm sitting in second period , math. "Hey
zoehoey." I heard a voice I knew I look over," what do
you want Jackie?" " Just to let you know I dumped Tim not
he didn't dump me for you because that's what I hear &
last night at the party after you left Chris hooked up with 3
girls." :" Ya whatever you say Jackie." I just
thought he wouldn't & I looked a round for Tim he
wasn't there. But he was on the basketball team.. I made eye
contact with Jimmy. The kid I had a crush on since 4th grade. He
was so hot. He smiled with his perfect white teeth. I smiled back
&then I saw Chris he was texting someone I looked at my
Iphone. Nothing then who was he texting I thought when I was
doing my work then i looked at my lap & saw my Iphone screen
light up 1 text from Chris:
Chris: hey babe listen , at the party last nite i hooked up wit
gurls idk y i just did n i dont want 2 b wit u if i cheated on u bc
i feel guilty n u can do better then sum1 cheatin on
u im srry
I couldn't believe this was happening. I looked down at
my phone a tear feel to the screen:
Me: Jackie wasn't lieing , wow whatever guess I
didn't mean alot to you , don't bottheer texting me back ,
bye Chris.
The bell ran i grabbed my bag & ran out of the door. When i
bumped into someone . "oww" " Omg Tim i'm sorry
I didn't see you." Then I looked down ripped my necklace
off & trow it on the ground & walked away. "Zoe wait.
What happened?! I don't wasn't good enough or
something." Everyone heard me & knew that I was single
seeing that I'm popular & & haven't been single in
2 years it was a big deal. I walked down the hall with my head up
high listening to everyone whispering
