theres two ways to end a friendship:

the first is to have a huge fight, that you never make up from afterwards. you might think this is the worst way, but it’s not. at least when you’re done and everything is over with, you have a reason, an explanation, of why the friendship ended.

and then theres another way, which is so much worse…so much more painful.

slowly, and painfully drifting apart. this way, theres no reason. no big thing that ends all. it just happens. everyone notices, but theres not really ANYTHING you can do to stop it.

its happening. i know it is, you know it is, i think everyone knows. but of course theres nothing we can really do about it.

but i guess sometimes good things fall apart, so better things can fall together?

i guess we’ll just have to wait and see…
