dance takes alot of strength, but not for the same things as football. dancers arent supposed to be absolutely ripped like football players are.

football honestly takes alot more strength than dance. if you trie tackling a football player they might not notice... unless its just a loser waterbok kind of person who joined the team just to look cool xD
