I was born with a terrible disease.
It is called "Unicornitis."
Basically, I was born with
a unicorn attached to
my hind end.
I have to
get surgery to have the
unicorn removed, but the doctors say I'm not allowed to have

Please help me, girls. The unicorn attached to my
bottom affects me in my everyday life (I can't sit down easily, and
