Sometimes you want to cry and give up.
Sometimes you want to forget everything that has happened in the past.
Sometimes it feels like the world is on your shoulders and it's crushing down on you.

But let me tell you something....

Don't give up cuz then you won't know what you could of accomplished.
Don't try to forget your past cuz that's what makes you who you are now.
And if it feels like the world is coming down on you that's where you need to dig down deep and find the strength you have and keep going.
It's those that keep going that get the prize at the end of the race.
