i do all kinds of dance and play lacrosse, personally i think lacrosse is a harder work out than dance, but dance takes alot of consentration and balance. i love both.

i run cross country, track, and play lacrosse and we run just as much in cross country as we do in lacrosse. not to mention we CRADLE the ball and pass and catch it running as hard as u can while angry and agressivee deffenceive players are getting in your way and then takeing a shot at goalie who is wearing heavy equiptment and growling at you. lacrosse is a freaken hard sport, but i love it.
