I just watched the video. I definitely agree that it's an amazing video and that it's heartbreaking how some people put themselves down so much. The world would be a much happier place if everyone was confident in who they are. And it's not even just girls, either. Guys can suffer from horrible insecurity, too. I went through a few years of my life where that's how I was. But eventually I realized that it did me no good to dwell on things about myself that I couldn't change, especially since there were and still are people who like me for who I truly am. If everyone realized that there are people who feel that way about them, everyone would be so much happier. reply
