I know exactly how she feels... She should try talking to someone she can trust, it helps a lot, especially to get your feelings out. Life is always going to be hard, cuz, well thats life.... Life has its ups and downs, but you cant sit back and look at all the bad. Just live your life from day to day and it should get better. Don't do anything stupid, like commit suicide, or the self-mutilation. It may make you feel better, but its really going to hurt all the people who care.
