oh my god, well i'm not sure about this one because i've never been through it or gone through it, but just be friends with him and invite him to do stuff with you. telling him the things he does is bad may help but not much. you need to help him out of it, yell at people who don't like him and convince your other friends they should be nice to him. good luck
