don't hurt yourself, please don't! you will hopefully thin out a bit as you grow, it happened to me I got skinnier and everyone says I thinned out but I just grew taller. and I'm 13. but I u want to loose wait then maybe play in a sport? if u do like sports then don't be afraid to try out for a team or just play on the weekends ith family or friends. or u can go on walks and so on. but please don't hurt yourself. Its not worth it. If u need anything Im here for you. no matter what shape or size everyone is beautiful!

i just saw your quote about how you cry every night about being fat and im right there with you. im 13 going on 14 and im 155 lbs, it hurts a lot i know. my best friend is like 100 and same with like everyone. i always feel embarrassed around everyone and i never feel good enough. but i promise, we can get through this together. it hurts sooo much because you always wonder what people think of you but you have to look at the good things about you, im sure there are a lot! im here for you beautiful

trust me, i never used to look how i do, i used to be that ugly girl, with frizzy poofy red hair, glasses, and super crooked teeth, i was the awkward one nobody liked & all thought was annoying, like that girl who would say things infront of the class, & youd feel embarassed for her. but truth is, looks really dont matter! i learned first hand! be proud of who you are! i bet your 1000x prettier than i am.
