My name is Hailey. Hailey May. I live in South Carolina and my house is right along the beach. I am the average 14 year old girl. I don't have that many friends, just a few. I'm not considered "popular" but I hang out with the "populars" alot because my best friend Hannah's boyfriend is the most popular, handsome guy ever. Speaking of Hannah, we have been best friends since kindergarten. She is SOO pretty, she has long blonde hair, and green eyes, odd combination...i know. She has a boyfriend named Jeremy. He is one of my good friends. He is tall, and muscular, and stunning. Jeremy and Hannah are the normal relationship type for 14 year olds...the hot guy, and the "hot" girl always seem to have a thing. As for me, I am single, I really want a boyfriend...you see i am 14 and going to be a freshman next year and I kind of want things to change and for me to have a boyfriend for the first time.
Im not like Hannah. Im not unbelievabally stunning. I have short brown hair. It's at that awkward length when it never looks good. I have a huge butt that im really self-conscious about. Oh, theres another thing. I sing. Singing is my passion.
This summer, is going to be rediculiously fun. Expecially because the old farts who live next door are finally moving out. I havent met the new owners yet, but I have seen them around. They look like my parents age, maybe late 30's early 40's. Maybe they'll have a daughter my age. How cool would that be.
Oh, and before I continue on with my story of my summer. I think you should know that i have a 16 year old sister who...well lets put it this way, she did the "hokey-pokey" with her boyfriend and now she has a little child inside her tummy if you know what I am saying...Sarah (my sister) now lives with her boyfriend Mark. They live in his apartment. He is 18...my parents do not approve of him at all.
Today, is the first day of summer. Hannah is coming over so we can go tan on the beach. Of couse, she is also bringing Jeremy, and his friend Nick who is new to this neighborhood. Jeremy says he is living in a hotel before he moves into his new house. Hannah was telling me about Nick and he seems really sweet. A real chill dude. Since I was meeting a new guy today, I knew I had to look semi-presentable. I threw my hair up ontop of my head, and put on my amazing eyeliner and my black and white bikini. I grabbed my new sunglasses, my tanning oil, walked out my front door onto the beach to find Hannah, Jeremy, and a REALLLLY hot guy sitting out on the sand outside my front door. I walked down to them and woah. Nick? Effing gorgeous. Longer, Dirty blonde hair with blue eyes and a stunning smile.
"Loooking smexy today Hailey, I see you finally broke out that new bikini! It looks real good on you!" said Hannah.
"Hahhaa, thanks hannah. I decided I would give it a shot." "Is this nick?" I asked.
"Hailey, this is Nick...he is new to the area he is moving into his new house on tomorrow" said Jeremy
"Hey Nick, it's nice to meet you" i said
"Heyy, nice to meet you too. Im so glad i get to meet a pretty girl on my first day here"
Oh goodness...I feel like a loser ! Did Nick really just say I am pretty?! This cant be true. Not nick, the extremely gorgeous guy i just met?! Wow. I can't stop blushing.
The rest of the day was quite akward...Im not the most talkative person, and either is Nick...and all Hannah and Jeremy felt like doing was makeout...so that left me and nick alone. We chatted, but it was slightly akward.
After we got bored of the beach, Nick and Jeremy had to go, so Hannah came over for dinner.
"Hailey, you SOOOO like nick! you too look adorable together"
"I just met him Hannah, I cant say i like him yet, but he does seem really nice, i bet he is really funny once you get him out of his shy shell...oh and you cant pass that he is gorgeous with that justin bieber hair!"

After Hannah left for the night, I had a lot on my mind. I didnt fall asleep until late that night, but I was awoken very early by the sound of trucks. Then i remembered, the new family is moving in today.
I got up and pulled up my hair ( i always wear it up because it looks like a birds nest when its down) and i went to my window to check out my new neighbors. I took one look outside...and was completely astonished in what i saw....
