well, it seems to me like hs cheating on his gf with you.
Being the other one is nothing to be proud of, so tell him you love him, tell him to drop his gf and to be with you, give him 2 weeks, if he doesnt, tell him to stop acting like your boyfriend.
If he doesnt break up with her then, he never will and you'll never date him, youll only ever be 'the other one'
